Tuks Takau has been working in the Queensland Construction Industry for three decades.

In 2018, after working closely with many Construction Companies in the South-East Queensland region, Tuks and his wife Sharon created their business, AL&S Ventures.

In 2025 we are committed to delivering quality work on every project, and have a focus on ensuring the Construction Industry has access to skilled and professional workers.
